What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar storage technologies can also remember information between visits.
What this website uses
The public information pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies. There are no tracking pixels or embedded social-media feeds.
When you open the contact form, the website uses a first-party session cookie named HHSESSID. It links your form to a security token, helps prevent forged submissions and allows us to show the result of a submission. It does not contain the text of your enquiry and is not used for advertising.
The cookie is set without a persistent expiry and is intended for the browser session. Some browsers restore session cookies when they reopen. Form security tokens expire after two hours, and the server stops accepting them after that point.
Our video and images are hosted with this website rather than loaded through a third-party video or advertising player. Sound does not play automatically.
Other services
Booking and application links can take you to Acuity Scheduling and other services. Those services have their own cookies and privacy information. Following a link is different from loading an embedded service while you are on this website.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the form security cookie may prevent the enquiry form from working. You can email hello@hegartyhouse.co.uk instead.
Any future use of non-essential tracking must be reflected in this notice and the appropriate controls before it is switched on.
